A very easy eggnog to prepare and ideal to enjoy with pastries or even cookies! For example our Glutenull cookies or our Legendary pastries.
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon erythritol powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Bring the milk to a boil
- In a cup, combine the egg yolk, sweetener and cinnamon until frothy.
- Gently pour in the hot milk while continuing to whisk the mixture.
- Sprinkle with a little cinnamon for decoration and enjoy.
