Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream or 40% cream
- 3 tsp of powdered erythritol (to taste)
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract or flavor of choice (to taste)
Instructions :
- In a bowl combine the sour cream, heavy whipping cream. Add sweetener little by little until it gets to the desired sweetness.
- Store it in the fridge, in a glass jar.
