Here is a great deconstructed hamburger recipe, all low in carbs! 🍔🥬


Salad Ingredients:

  • Lettuce to taste
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes cut into 4
  • Thinly sliced ​​red onions
  • Grated cheese to taste
  • A cooked burger patty
  • 1-2 slices of bacon
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (available here)
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sugar-free ketchup (available here)
  • 1 C. tablespoon spicy red sauce (optional)
  • 1 C. teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 C. tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (available here)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 C. teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. teaspoon paprika

Method :
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a blender. Then add 2 pickles and 1 slice of onion on top of your salad. Add your sauce, mix and enjoy!
