2 boneless chicken thighs

2 cups (4 oz) leafy greens

1 avocado (7 oz) (sliced)

¼ (1 oz) red onion (sliced)

1 small tomato (diced)
Instructions :

Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add them to the hot pan and fry on both sides until completely cooked. This will take around 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat.

While the chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables and arrange them on individual plates or a large serving platter. Place the chicken on top and serve with the vinaigrette.
