
KETO Chicken Salad / Keto Québec

Ingredients:
- Keto dressing (flavor or choice)
- 1tbsp of olive or coconut oil
- 2 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups (4 oz.) of leafy greens
- 1 avocado (7oz) (sliced)
- ¼ (1oz.) of red onion (sliced)
- 1 small tomato (diced)
Instructions :
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add them to the hot pan and fry on both sides until completely cooked. It will take about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat.
- While the chicken is frying, prepare the vegetables and arrange them on individual plates or a big serving platter. Place the chicken on top and serve with the dressing.
