Méthode :Dans un bol, combiner tout les ingrédients de la sauce. Bien mélanger. Mettre votre morceau de porc dans le fond de la mijoteuse. Verser la sauce dessus. Faire cuire à basse température (LOW) pour environ 8h ou jusqu’à ce que la viande se détache d’elle même à la fourchette. Bon appétit! 😋

Ingredients :
• 2 lb (900g) pork shoulder
• 1 cup of sugar-free ketchup (available here)
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (available here)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar Swerve (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp. mustard
• 1 C. teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 C. teaspoon mild or hot smoked paprika powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Mix well. Place your piece of pork in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over it. Cook at low temperature (LOW) for about 8 hours or until the meat flakes by itself with a fork. Enjoy your food! 😋
