Ingredients :
• 2 lb (900g) pork shoulder
• 1 cup of sugar-free ketchup (available here)
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (available here)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar Swerve (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp. mustard
• 1 C. teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 C. teaspoon mild or hot smoked paprika powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
