A crispy keto chicken pizza crust base! 🍕
(makes a 10" pizza crust)
Ingredients :
• 280g roast chicken (or any other cooked chicken) boneless and skinless
• 1 egg (large size)
• 28g grated parmesan
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 tsp. teaspoon of Greek spices from the Les Savoureux brand ( available here ) or other spices of your choice.
• salt * and pepper to taste
• 1 C. tablespoon of water (if necessary if the dough is too dry)
*Note: Be careful with salt (I don't add any). If you use store-bought chicken, it is often salted. Don't forget that parmesan is salty too.
*Add water in very small amounts only if the mixture is too dry like when using chicken breasts. The mixture should be damp but not wet and should hold together).
* Monitor your crust. Cooking time may vary depending on the moisture content of the mixture.
