Here is a quick and easy bread recipe to make in less than 25 minutes. This recipe can be made for milk breads or water-based buns.
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour (available here)
- 150g and ¼ cup coconut flour (available here)
- 35g of psyllium (available)
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ tsp. teaspoon of salt
- ½ tsp. tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (available here)
- 1 cup of lukewarm water or lukewarm almond/coconut milk ( and 1/4 more to add slowly )
