Here is a quick and easy bread recipe to make in less than 25 minutes. This recipe can be made for milk breads or water-based buns.

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour (available here)
  • 150g and ¼ cup coconut flour (available here)
  • 35g of psyllium (available)
  • 2 tbsp. teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ tsp. teaspoon of salt
  • ½ tsp. tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (available here)
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water or lukewarm almond/coconut milk ( and 1/4 more to add slowly )

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and all the other ingredients except the sesame seeds.
  2. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Make 6 balls of dough.
  4. Wet the tops of the balls with a little water.
  5. In a small bowl, add the sesame and dip the ball into it.
  6. Cook for 50 to 60 minutes at 350F or until golden brown.
