Ingredients :

Preparation :

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add the melted coconut oil and eggs.
  3. When the ingredients are all incorporated, form a ball by hand.
  4. Between two sheets of parchment paper, use the rolling pin to form a round dough.
  5. Go up the edge of the dough to form a small thick crust all over the edge.
  6. Grill the pizza on a pizza stone or gas BBQ. Grill at about 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes and remove when the sides begin to brown.
  7. Add your favorite toppings, then return to the grill for 5-7 minutes and enjoy.

  • 3g net carbs
