
Keto bread
Here is a delicious bun easy to prepare in a few minutes in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 24g almond flour
- 8 grams coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp coffee baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch xanthan gum
- 1 egg
- 10 grams coconut oil
- 15 grams melted butter
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.
- Pour in the egg and stir vigorously, then add the butter and coconut oil.
- Mix for 30 seconds to make the mixture homogeneous (be careful at the 'corners' of the bottom of the mug;).
- Microwave for 80-90 seconds.
- When you leave the microwave, quickly unmould and cut into 1 cm slices.
