Here is a delicious roll that is easy to prepare in just a few minutes in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 24 grams almond flour
- 8 grams coconut flour
- 1/2 vs. coffee baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch xanthan gum
- 1 egg
- 10 grams coconut oil
- 15 grams melted butter
Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.

Pour in the egg and mix vigorously, then add the butter and coconut oil.

Mix for 30 seconds to make the mixture even (watch out for the 'corners' at the bottom of the mug ;)).

Microwave for 80-90 seconds.

Remove from the microwave, quickly unmold and cut into 1cm slices.
