Keto bread


 Here is a delicious bun easy to prepare in a few minutes in the microwave!







  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.
  2. Pour in the egg and stir vigorously, then add the butter and coconut oil.
  3. Mix for 30 seconds to make the mixture homogeneous (be careful at the 'corners' of the bottom of the mug;).
  4. Microwave for 80-90 seconds.
  5. When you leave the microwave, quickly unmould and cut into 1 cm slices.
