Ingredients :

 Preparation :
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and well grease a long loaf pan, approximately 11 x 4 inches, or two smaller pans.
  2. Place the shelled hemp seeds in 2/3 cup of water. Put aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs, melted butter, hemp seed mixture, banana extract and vanilla extract and banana until well combined. Stir in the 1/4 cup of coconut or almond milk to thin the mixture to a soft consistency.
  5. Incorporate the dry mixture in 3 strokes.
  6. Spread the dough into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then run a sharp knife around the edges to loosen. Continue to let it sit in the pan until it cools (about 20 minutes more). Unmold.
