Instructions :
- Konjac Noodle Preparation : Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the shrimp : Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauce Preparation : In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the heavy cream and chicken broth, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add the Parmesan : Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Combine ingredients : Add the konjac noodles to the pan and stir to coat well with the sauce. Add the cooked shrimp and heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently to combine.
- Finish and serve : Remove from heat and add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Mix lightly to incorporate.
- Serve : Divide the noodles and shrimp among plates. Top with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes:
- Konjac noodles have a unique texture and absorb the flavors of the sauce well.
- For a spicier option, add more red pepper flakes or a little hot sauce.
- This dish can be served with a green salad for a balanced meal.
