Ingredients Macaroons:
- 5 egg whites
- 150g erythritol (available here)
- 250g unsweetened shredded coconut (available here)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Method:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Make small balls with your fingers and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool completely.

Ingredients Chocolate :
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (available here)
- 100g of chocolate of your choice without sugar (available for all tastes right here)

Method:
Melt everything in a double boiler. Dip the bottom of your macaroons or make lines with the chocolate.

Makes about 12 macaroons.
