Delicious keto mac and cheese made with cauliflower and broccoli!
Ingredients :
3 cups of cauliflower and broccoli florets
1/4 cup of 35% cream
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 tsp. tablespoons of Les Savoureux BBQ Spices (available here)

• 1 C. tablespoon of butter
• 1/2 tsp. teaspoon xanthan gum (available here)

Preparation :

In the oven, grill the cauliflower and broccoli florets on a baking sheet at 350˚F for 30 to 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small pot over low heat, melt the butter, add the cream and spices. Bring to the boil and add the cheese. Finish by adding the xanthan gum while whisking vigorously. Pour the creamy sauce over the vegetables and enjoy! 😋 (you can add chopped bacon)
