Ingredients:
- Three egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125ml) butter
- A Pinch of thyme
Instructions :

In your blender, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan until hot.

Mix the egg yolks for 3 seconds and slowly add the hot butter while mixing.

Add seasoning of salt and pepper.

Serve over your eggs.
