The best Hollandaise sauce / Keto Québec

Ingredients:

  • Three egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) butter
  • A Pinch of thyme

Instructions :

  1. In your blender, add the egg yolks, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  2. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan until hot.

  3. Mix the egg yolks for 3 seconds and slowly add the hot butter while mixing.

  4. Add seasoning of salt and pepper.

  5. Serve over your eggs.
