Nothing is more refreshing and creamy than a good keto frozen fudge! 🤎

Ingredients :
• 1 3/4 cup of 35% cream
• 2 1/2 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (available here)
• 1/3 cup sweetener (available here)
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 unsweetened almond or coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method :
In a saucepan, bring everything except the vanilla and unsweetened almond or coconut milk to a boil. Let it simmer a little. Then add the last two ingredients. Leave to cool and put in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Enjoy fully. 😋

Makes about 10 frozen fudges.
