Keto Protein Granola Balls - Keys Nutrition

Here's an original version, sweet and savory bites with nut butter and keto granolas for a little extra protein!

Ingredients :

  • 3/4 cup plain peanut butter (available here)
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (available here)
  • 1 C. tablespoon of sweetener (available here)
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoon of pure cocoa powder (available here)
  • 1 C. tbsp chia seeds (available here)
  • 1 C. tablespoon of pink salt or sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of flaked almonds
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp chopped or grated unsweetened coconut (available here)
Preparation :
  • In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients together except the flaked almonds and the sweetener, set aside.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, almond butter, coconut oil and sweetener for about 45 seconds. Mix well before and after.
  • Add the contents of the liquids with the dry ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  • Shape into balls (golf ball size) by greasing your hands with coconut oil.
  • Finish by rolling your balls in the flaked almonds.

Makes a dozen balls.
Store in the freezer.
