Here's an original version, sweet and salty bites with nut butter and keto granola for a little extra protein!
Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup plain peanut butter (available here)
- 1/3 cup almond butter (available here)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 ml) of coconut oil
- 1 tbspsweetener (available here)
- 4 tbsp pure cocoa powder (available here)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (available here)
- 1 tbsp pink salt or sea salt
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded or chopped coconut (available here)
Makes a dozen balls.
Keep in the freezer.
