This refreshing Keto “Fat Bombs” recipe will delight your taste buds. 💚
Ingredients :
• 2 oz (4 squares or chips) sugar-free dark chocolate (available here)
• 1/2 cup coconut oil (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
• 1 C. tbsp coconut milk/cream (available here)
• 1 C. mint extract
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of Swerve powder (available here)
Preparation :
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the squares of sugar-free dark chocolate (or chips), coconut oil, butter and coconut milk/cream for about one minute (30 sec alternation). Heat if necessary at 10 second intervals, until the mixture is well melted. Add the mint extract and Swerve powder. Mix well. Pour into molds and put in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Unmold and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
