Keto Salmon Patties - Keys Nutrition

Good keto salmon patties and a little lime-flavored dip. 🧡
Ingredients :
• 1 fillet ( about 1lb ) of fresh salmon
• Sriracha sauce or spicy sauce of your choice
• Lime juice
• 2 eggs
• 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of homemade mayonnaise (recipe here) or store-bought keto mayonnaise (available here)
• Fish spices to taste (available here)
• Cilantro to taste
• Butter or olive oil (available here) for cooking
Method :
Preheat the oven to 400F. Season the salmon with spicy sauce and lime juice. Bake for 15 min. Let the salmon cool. In a bowl, mix the salmon with the other ingredients. Form 4 patties. Heat for 7 minutes on each side in a pan with butter or olive oil. Serve with salad.
Sauce Ingredients:
• 1 half avocado
• 1/4 cup 40% crème fraîche ( or 10% Mediterranean yogurt )
• 1 C. tablespoon of avocado oil (available here)
• Lime juice to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method :
Using a blender, grind the avocado until smooth. Add the other ingredients, mix well and serve with your pancakes.
Makes 4 salmon patties.
