• 1 fillet ( about 1lb ) of fresh salmon
• Sriracha sauce or spicy sauce of your choice
• Lime juice
• 2 eggs
• 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
• Cilantro to taste
• Butter or
olive oil (available here) for cooking

• 1 half avocado
• 1/4 cup 40% crème fraîche ( or 10% Mediterranean yogurt )
• Lime juice to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
