Keto Pancakes with Blueberry Coulis - Keys Nutrition

Ketos pancakes with homemade blueberry coulis and Waldenfarm maple syrup! 🥞

Pancake recipe:
** Mix well between each ingredient to reach the peak of pancake batter **

• 2 tbsp. cream cheese
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of cream 35%
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of sweetener (available here)
• 3 tbsp. tablespoon almond flour (available here)

Method :
Melt the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add each of the other ingredients, mixing with each addition and finish with 1 tbsp. teaspoon baking powder

Makes 4 pancakes.

For the blueberry coulis:
• 3 tbsp. blueberries
• 1 C. tablespoon of sweetener of your choice (available here)
• 50ml of 35% cream

Method :
Heat everything in a saucepan and cool in the refrigerator.

Serve with keto maple syrup (available here)
