- 1 cup ground golden flax seeds or chia seeds (available here)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese or parmesan cheese
- 1 C. teaspoon onion powder
- 1 C. teaspoon celery powder
- 1 C. teaspoon of garlic scapes in pesto
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon xanthan gum (available here)
- 1 tablespoon of psylium (available here)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of water
Makes about 16 crackers.
