Keto Crackers - Keys Nutrition

A recipe for crackers perfect to eat with your favorite savory mousses, with smoked salmon or in salad. A tasty keto and low carb recipe!

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup ground golden flax seeds or chia seeds (available here)
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese or parmesan cheese
  • 1 C. teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 C. teaspoon celery powder
  • 1 C. teaspoon of garlic scapes in pesto
  • 1/2 tsp. teaspoon xanthan gum (available here)
  • 1 tablespoon of psylium (available here)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of water

Preparation :

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough onto parchment paper (1/3 inch thick)
  4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  5. Cut into desired pieces and place in an airtight dish to cool.

Makes about 16 crackers.
