Method :If you want rutabaga or celeriac, cook your cubes incoconut oil,avocado oil(available here) or lard (Tenderflake) until the cubes are golden brown. To book. Preheat the oven to 400F. In a pan, cook your sausages and bacon. put aside. In a separate bowl, whisk your eggs with the spice blend of your choice. I suggest the sausage spices from the “Les Savoureux” brand (available here online). At the bottom of a rectangular baking dish, add your cubes of rutabaga or celeriac, then the chosen meats and vegetables. Add the cheese and egg mixture. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the egg mixture is cooked through. Meanwhile prepare your Hollandaise sauce. In the upper part of a bain-marie, off the heat, whisk together the lemon juice, water and egg yolks. Place over simmering water and whisk constantly until the texture becomes thick and frothy. Remove the bowl from the water bath. Off the heat, add the butter in a drizzle, whisking constantly with a whisk. Salt and pepper. Reserve at room temperature. (return to the bain-marie for a few seconds, whisking just to reheat when ready to serve) Remove your feast from the oven and add the Hollandaise sauce. Enjoy your food! 🍽
