Here is THE keto version of a breakfast casserole with Hollandaise sauce! 🥘

Casserole Ingredients:
• Choice of meats ( sausages, bacon, ham, etc. )
• 8 whipped eggs
• 2 cups of a rutabaga or celery root cut into cubes ( optional )
• Vegetables to taste ( broccoli, peppers, green onions, spinach, etc. )
• 1 1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice
Spices to taste (available here)
• Salt and pepper

Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients:
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of water
• 1 cup of melted and tempered butter
• Salt and pepper
