Chocolate Yule log
Ingredients :
Chocolate cake
Cheese topping
- 1 cup of softened cream cheese
- 8 tbsp. of melted butter
- ¼ cup of sour cream

¼ cup of erythritol
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Chocolate frosting :
Preparation :
Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly add liquid ingredients. Mix well with a mixer.
- Spread dough on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the cheese filling. Beat all ingredients together. Set aside.
- Let the cake cool, spread the cream cheese filling and roll up tightly.
Chocolate frosting
- Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese. Stir in the powdered sweetener and the cocoa.
- Add the melted chocolate and the vanilla and beat until you obtain a smooth consistance.
- Add the cream, mix well and decorate your log!
