Ingredients :
Chocolate cake
- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon of melted butter
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup psyllium
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup coconut or almond milk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup erythritol
- 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 C. teaspoon baking powder
Cheese filling
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 8 tbsp. tablespoon of melted butter
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup erythritol
- 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate icing
- ¼ cup unsweetened chocolate
- 1 C. tablespoon of coconut oil
- ⅓ cup softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup powdered erythritol
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup 35% cream
Chocolate icing
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Reserve.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese. Add the powdered sweetener and cocoa.
- Add the melted chocolate and vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Add the cream, mix well and decorate your log!
