A great recipe for chocolatey coconut bites! 🥥

Ingredients :
• 1 package of cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 tbsp coconut extract
• 6 to 7 tablespoons monk fruit (available here)
• 1 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut (available here)

• 150g dark chocolate without sugar (available here
• A tablespoon of coconut oil (available here)

Method :
Mix all the ingredients. Form small balls and refrigerate for an hour. Then melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave alternating for 30 seconds. Dip the balls in the chocolate
and refrigerate.

Makes 36 balls.
