Method :In a saucepan, melt butter. Add the Swerve brown sugar and stir for a few minutes. Add the vanilla extract, simmering occasionally for about 5 minutes over low heat. Transfer your mixture to a bowl and add your pork rinds, stirring everything so that the rinds are well coated. Leave to cool on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Yum! 😋
