Keto Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Patties - Keys Nutrition

Here's a great idea to accompany your meals! 🥦

Ingredients :
• 2 cups chopped broccoli
• 3 large eggs
• 1 C. teaspoon of salt
• 1 C. tablespoon of pepper
• 1 C. tablespoon of garlic powder
• 1 C. tablespoon of oregano
• 1 C. tablespoon ( or to taste ) cayenne pepper
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 cup of almond flour (available here)
• Olive oil or avocado oil (optional) (available here)

Method :
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. In a saucepan, boil your previously chopped broccoli until they are tender. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the spices. Add the grated cheese, almond flour and finish with the broccoli. Mix everything using a wooden spoon. Form 24 small patties with your hands and place them on the baking trays so that they do not touch each other. Drizzle with olive or avocado oil if you like. Bake for about thirty minutes or until golden brown, turning them halfway through cooking.

Makes 24 small patties.
