
Chocolate chip keto cookies
Here is a simple recipe for a sugar-free chocolate chip cookie. Quick, delicious and healthy!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 pinch sea salt
3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Preparation
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Melt the butter, then let it cool for 2 minutes.
3.Pour the butter into a large bowl, add the sugar replacement. Mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes pale and light, about 2 minutes.
4.Stir in egg and vanilla, mix well.
5.Add the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt. Mix until the ingredients form a homogeneous dough, but no more.
6.Gently add the chocolate chips with a spatula.
7.Using a mini ice cream spoon, form about 18 1 tablespoon balls of dough each. Place on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
8.Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 6 minutes, then take out of the oven and flatten slightly with a fork. If desired, sprinkle a few grains of fleur de sel on each cookie.
Turn the baking sheet and return to the oven for another 6 to 8 minutes, until the cookies turn golden brown.
The cookies will finish cooking once they are out of the oven. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before serv For 18 balls
