A great recipe for tasty donuts without carbs! 🍩

Ingredients :
• 1 cup of almond flour (available here)
• 3 tablespoons of MCT powder (available here)
• 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
• 2 eggs
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup melted sugar-free chocolate chips (available here)
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened grated coconut (available here)
• 2 tablespoons of crushed nuts of your choice

Method :
Preheat oven to 365 degrees. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the flour with the other ingredients except the chocolate, grated coconut and nuts. Distribute the donut mixture into the donut pan, making sure to only fill halfway. Bake the donuts in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and cook for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring each time until smooth. Dip donuts in melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut and nuts!
