Method :Line the bottom of a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the chosen sweetener and the vanilla extract if you chose the unflavored option. Transfer to the plate evenly using a spatula. Add your chosen fruits, pressing lightly. Finish with a coulis of keto hazelnut spread or homemade keto caramel butter. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Cut into 8 pieces. .
