Here’s a recipe for crunchy keto ice cream bars filled with freshness! 🍓🫐
Ingredients :
• 1 cup of 10% Mediterranean yogurt
• 1 to 3 drops of stevia-flavored liquid sweetener OR about 1 tsp. tablespoon of Swerve powder (available here)
• 1/2 cup of fruit of your choice
• 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract if no flavor (optional)
Keto hazelnut spread coulis or homemade keto caramel butter (available here)

Method :
Line the bottom of a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the chosen sweetener and the vanilla extract if you chose the unflavored option. Transfer to the plate evenly using a spatula. Add your chosen fruits, pressing lightly. Finish with a coulis of keto hazelnut spread or homemade keto caramel butter. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Cut into 8 pieces.
