Recipe for delicious keto wraps! 🌯
Ingredients :
• 1/2 cup coconut flour (available here)
• 2 tablespoons of psyllium (available here)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup of lukewarm water
• 1 pinch of salt (optional)
Method :
In a medium bowl, combine coconut flour, ground psyllium powder (see brand I use below), baking powder and salt with a wooden spoon. Add the oil and warm water, mixing again until it forms a nice ball of dough. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Divide the ball into four, flatten each ball between two parchment papers using a rolling pin, forming circles.
In a non-stick pan, cook each side of the wraps. (around 2 min each side) Garnish to your liking!
Chicken preparation:
Mix the chicken with mayonnaise, shallots, bacon, spicy sauce, salt, pepper and pickles cut into small pieces. All with lettuce and Swiss cheese! My little extra? Dip in olive oil. 🤩
