Steps
Method :If the hazelnuts are not roasted and flaked: preheat the oven to 375F. Cook on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes. Let cool and flake with your hands. Using a blender, grind the hazelnuts completely. Add 2 spoons of oil, add the third to obtain a creamy consistency, always turning on the mixer to mix well. Incorporate all the other ingredients. Check the consistency, if necessary add a little oil. Transfer to a pot and keep at room temperature. (if you refrigerate it, it may harden, just take it out a little in advance before using it for the perfect consistency)
