Here is a great recipe for a chocolate-hazelnut spread for your morning keto toast, to eat with fruit or simply to enjoy with a spoon? 🌰

Ingredients :
• 3/4 cup roasted and shelled hazelnuts
• 2 to 3 tbsp. tablespoons of melted coconut oil or avocado oil (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of pure cocoa powder (available here)
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon of Swerve powder (available here)
• A pinch of salt

Method :
If the hazelnuts are not roasted and flaked: preheat the oven to 375F. Cook on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes. Let cool and flake with your hands. Using a blender, grind the hazelnuts completely. Add 2 spoons of oil, add the third to obtain a creamy consistency, always turning on the mixer to mix well. Incorporate all the other ingredients. Check the consistency, if necessary add a little oil. Transfer to a pot and keep at room temperature. ( if you refrigerate it, it may harden, just take it out a little in advance before using it for the perfect consistency )
