Method :
Grease and line a pie dish. Put aside. In a medium bowl, combine and mix the flours and baking soda with the sweetener and salt. Add the melted butter and the previously beaten egg to the bowl. Mix and add to the bottom of the tart pan, pressing. To book.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Using a whisk, vigorously whisk all the ingredients except the pecans. Transfer the mixture onto the crust. Add the pecans on top. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the center is slightly soft.
