Ingredients :

  • 1 to 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 stick of lemongrass
  • 1 lime cut into quarters
  • 1 pinch of crushed chili, ginger and garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • A few fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • Sesame seeds
  • Konjac noodles

Preparation steps:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the chicken, broccoli and mushrooms in butter for a few minutes.
  2. Add the broth, lemongrass stick, lime quarters and spices. Reserve the cilantro and chopped green onion for decoration.
  3. Leave to simmer over low heat (approximately 30 minutes). Meanwhile, rinse the vermicelli.
  4. Put the noodles in large bowls, add the broth mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions and cilantro.
  6. Serve!
