  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise with Dijon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 pickle(s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 10 capers



  • Finely chop the pickle and capers.


  • Mix with all the ingredients in a bowl. The mixture will gain flavor by leaving it to rest for about 20 minutes before serving.
