Salad Ingredients:

ā€¢ 1 hard-boiled egg (optional)
ā€¢ Slices of sugar-free cold meats (optional)

Avocado Caesar Sauce Ingredients:
ā€¢ 3 cloves of garlic
ā€¢ 1 lawyer
ā€¢ 1 cup olive oil or avocado oil (available here)
ā€¢ 1 C. tablespoons of yogurt 10% or sour cream 14%
ā€¢ 1 C. tablespoon of capers
ā€¢ A drop of lemon juice
