Coconut Chocolate Chia Pudding - Keys Nutrition

Instructions :

  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut cream, chia seeds, cocoa powder and stevia. You should get a homogeneous mixture.

  2. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The chia seeds will swell in the cream to give the preparation a melting pudding consistency.
