500ml coconut cream

4 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp. Stevia

2 tbsp. Cocoa

Fruits (optional)
Instructions :

In a bowl, mix the coconut cream, chia seeds, cocoa powder and stevia. You should get a homogeneous mixture.

Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The chia seeds will swell in the cream to give the preparation a melting pudding consistency.

Once the preparation is poured into your verrines and add small fruits if you wish!!
