Cook the fries:

Cooking in oil - Preheat the fryer to 400 degrees, add the celeriac fries in the oil and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Cooking in the oven – Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, add the fries to a baking sheet and cook for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Place the fries in a bowl, add your curds cheese (lactose-free) and your KETO sauce.
