Chia Pudding



  1. Place all ingredients in a 500 ml Mason jar or a 350 ml jar with a lid. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Close the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight. The pudding should rest for at least 8 hours.
  2. The next day, if you find the pudding too thick, you can add milk to obtain the desired consistency.
  3. Divide the pudding into two small bowls and add your toppings.
