
Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of coconut, almond or cashew milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 2 tsp. of erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a 500 ml Mason jar or a 350 ml jar with a lid. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Close the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight. The pudding should rest for at least 8 hours.
- The next day, if you find the pudding too thick, you can add milk to obtain the desired consistency.
- Divide the pudding into two small bowls and add your toppings.
