Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a 500 ml Mason jar or a jar of at least 350 ml with a lid. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Close the lid and refrigerate overnight. The pudding should sit for at least 8 hours.
  2. The following day, if you find the pudding too thick, you can add milk to obtain the desired consistency.
  3. Divide the pudding into two small bowls and add the fruit of your choice.
