Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut , almond or cashew milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds
- 1 C. tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon erythritol
- 1/2 tsp. teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a 500 ml Mason jar or a jar of at least 350 ml with a lid. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Close the lid and refrigerate overnight. The pudding should sit for at least 8 hours.
- The following day, if you find the pudding too thick, you can add milk to obtain the desired consistency.
- Divide the pudding into two small bowls and add the fruit of your choice.
