Here is a keto “pogo” recipe that will satisfy your temptation! 🌭

Ingredients :
• Sausages
• 1 3/4 cups almond flour (available here)
• 1/4 cup oat fiber (available here)
1 C. tbsp baking powder
• 1 C. tsp salt
• 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup parmesan
• 1/4 cup cream cheese
• 2 large beaten eggs

Method :
Mix almond flour, oat fiber, salt, baking powder. To book. In another bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and parmesan. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and return for 1 minute. Add to flour mixture. Incorporate the eggs while whisking gently. Coat your hands with oil and knead the dough well while it is still warm to fully incorporate the cheese. Form a ball of dough. Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Roll the dough between two parchment papers. Place the sausages, make rolls to close and skewer. Cook in the oil of your taste (lard, coconut) in the fryer or in a pan/cauldron or in the oven (350F for around fifteen minutes).

Makes about ten pogos.
