Turkey Meatloaf Version 2.0 with Avocado Oil

Here's a simple turkey meatloaf recipe made with avocado oil ( available at all Keys Nutrition stores ). This comforting meal will charm you to the highest level!
Ingredients:
  • 15ml avocado oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 680g ground turkey
  • 80ml of 40% cream
  • 60ml grated parmesan
  • 15ml chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
Guidelines
  • Preheat oven to 450F(230C)
  • In a frying pan, heat the avocado oil over medium/low heat.
  • Transfer onion to a bowl. Add the turkey, cream, parmesan and parsley. Add salt and pepper while stirring
  • In a loaf pan, shape a meatloaf with the mixture. Level the surface by pressing.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the inside of the meatloaf is no longer pink.
