
Turkey Meatloaf Version 2.0 with Avocado Oi
Here's a simple turkey meatloaf recipe made with avocado oil (available at all Keys Nutrition stores). This comforting meal will charm you to the highest level!

Ingredients:
- 15ml avocado oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 680g ground turkey
- 80ml 40% cream
- 60ml grated parmesan
- 15ml chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 450F(230C)
- In a frying pan, heat the avocado oil over medium/low heat.
- Transfer the onion to a bowl. Add the turkey, cream, parmesan and parsley. Salt and pepper while stirring
- In a loaf pan, form a meatloaf with the preparation. Even out the surface by pressing.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the inside of the meatloaf has lost its pink color.
