Totally keto white bread recipe! 🍞
Ingredients :
- 2 cups almond flour (available here)
- 2 cups unflavored protein isolate (available here)
- 4 tbsp. tbsp apple cider vinegar (available here)
- 2 tbsp. tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon xanthan gum (available here)
- 2 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. teaspoon of salt
- 1 C. 1 tsp fast-acting yeast
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon of sweetener (erythritol/monk fruit) (available here)
- 2 cups of hot water
- 1 C. teaspoon baking soda
The bread makes about 12 slices.
