A delicious keto double chocolate muffin recipe to make in less than 25 minutes. đŸ€Ž

Ingredients :

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F and prepare the muffin cups in a 12-cavity mold.
  2. Using a food processor, beat the eggs, almond milk and vanilla essence.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flours, cocoa powder, sweetener and baking powder. Add to other ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add the avocado oil and mix again.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and mix by hand. (keep some for finishing the top of the muffins)
  6. Divide 3/4 of the molds into the muffin cups (this gave me 11 muffins) . Add the remaining nuggets on top of the mixture before baking.
  7. Cook for 22 to 25 minutes, check doneness with a toothpick and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
