Keto Mayonnaise - Keys Nutrition

Homemade mayonnaise, made with good keto ingredients in just a few minutes! 🥚🥑

Ingredients :
2 eggs
• 30 ml of lemon juice
• 30 ml of Dijon mustard
• 2 cups of olive oil (stronger flavor) or avocado oil (available here)
• Garlic (optional)
Method :
Mix all ingredients using a blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate.

* Keeps for a week in the fridge .
