Ingredients:
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (flavor of choice)
- 1 tbsp of butter or coconut oil
- ¼ tsp of baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp of erytrithol
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 2tsp of water or almond milk
- Sugar free syrup
Instructions :
- Melt the butter (or coconut oil) in small mixing bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients and combine
- Preheat you waffle iron and pour 1/2 of the recipe into the iron. Close the lid and cook until cooked and browned. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with your favorite fruits and sugar free syrups
