This keto parmesan fondue recipe is for you! 🧀

Parmesan Fondue Ingredients:
• 1/2 lbs butter

• 1/2 cup almond flour (available here)
• 1 cup of 35% cream
• 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup of strong cheese of your choice

• 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
• A little smoked gouda cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for soaking:
• About 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup of 35% cream
• A bowl of almond flour (available here)
• 2/3 cup psyllium (available here)
• 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Method :
In a cauldron, melt the butter, add the flour and 35% cream. Add the cheeses and salt and pepper to taste. Cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours in a rectangular mold. Cut into cubes of the desired size. (24 units) Prepare your setting for dipping the fondues. (a bowl with almond flour, a bowl of eggs with 35% cream and a bowl with psyllium and finely chopped walnuts) Dip the cubes in the flour, then in the egg mixture and finish in the bread crumbs. psyllium and walnuts. Cook in a pan with coconut oil/butter or in the oven at 375F.

Makes 24 parmesan fondues.
