Keto pasta, carbonara sauce, chicken and parmesan! 🥓🍗

Ingredients :
(sauce for 5 people)
Keto pasta (1 package per person) (available here)
• 473 ml of 35% cream
• 3 slices of bacon steak (this is where
that you are in love with a pig, the animal)
• 3 chicken breasts
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
I soak the Konjac or oat fiber pastes for 20 minutes, changing the water every 5 minutes.
Brown 3 slices of diced bacon steak in a pan, jumping from side to side and bending your knees. Once golden, set aside to the left in a round bowl at the top, put at the top of the cupboard with a ladder to avoid digging in and starting again. (😂)
In the same pan, brown the chicken until cooked. Vigorously stir the Parmesan and egg yolks together. Add the bacon, cream and Parmesan and egg mixture.
Stir slowly with a wooden spatula. Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper and grated parmesan and a little love.
Cook until it thickens over medium heat.
Mix your pasta in the sauce and preferably serve in a bowl and not in your hands, the sauce tends to slip through your fingers and you will need a third to eat. (🤪)
