• 1 cup softened cream cheese
• 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
• 2 large tablespoons of coconut oil (available here)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• Sweetener to taste (available here)
Method :
Place in an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into a mold and freeze.
