Here’s a keto pie crust or pâté recipe to impress family and friends! 🥧

Ingredients :
3 cups of almond flour (available here)
• 1 C. tbsp coconut flour (available here)
• 1 1/2 tsp. teaspoon of salt
• 1 C. teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tbsp. teaspoon xanthan gum (available here)
• 2 eggs
• 6 tbsp. tbsp softened cream cheese

Makes two dough sheets for a 9" pie/pâté, 8 pieces in total.
