Steps
Method :Using a blender (or food processor), combine all the dry ingredients. Add the eggs one by one, mix well and finish with the softened cream cheese. (you must obtain a consistent dough) Form a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once cooled, separate the dough in two. (you have a bottom and a top) Put one of them in the refrigerator to cover your filling later. Between 2 sheets of parchment paper, roll the dough to the size of your pie pan (9"). Pour your chosen filling. Take the second dough and repeat the same process. Make holes or patterns on the dough before placing it place on your filling. Bake according to your choice of pie or pâté.
