Ingredients:

12.5 ounces shredded chicken

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

½ cup almond flour

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

¾ cup crushed pork rinds
Instructions :

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until well incorporated.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out a portion of the chicken and egg mixture and form into a nugget.

Place chopped pork rinds in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken nugget into the crushed pork rinds, coating all sides.

Place the nugget on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with avocado oil.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, turning the chicken nuggets halfway through cooking, until crispy.
