Shrimp with Alfredo sauce on lettuce! đŸ€

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic ( or to taste )
  • 1 1/2 cup 35% cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
  • A little xanthan gum to thicken (available here)
  • Shrimp
