Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic ( or to taste )
- 1 1/2 cup 35% cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- A little xanthan gum to thicken (available here)
- Shrimp
